The box that this text is contained in is called the "content area".
The box below it (where you click on the various pages you want to see) is called the "link area".
The border between the two areas is adjustable. Simply move your mouse to the border between the two areas, hold the mouse button down, drag the border up or down to where you want it, then release the mouse button.
If you want to see more of the content area, move the border down. If you want to see more of the links area, move the border up.
